E Rankin Ltd (demolition )/ Gilbert Ash Ltd (rebuild)
This building, part of the extensive UCL grounds in Euston, is undergoing a major refurbishment.
The external facades all had to be removed to leave just the floors and the supporting columns. This involved some extensive support scaffolds and crash decks which were all subject to specific design.
Once the building had been stripped, Gilbert Ash, the main contractors were more than happy to invite Admiral to continue their solid work as part of the refurbishment project.
