This is phase 1 of the regeneration of the Arndale shopping centre in Wandsworth town centre.
The project is a new build/refurbishment of the existing to give 30 new retail units for the local community. The project had to be managed in such a way as to allow existing retail units to carry on trading with the minimal amount of disruption to their daily business.
