This was a new build project of 72 private flats. The construction was a concrete frame building with a cladding finish.
The scaffold had to be erected over a 100 year old hub at the bottom of the front elevation, nothing could be placed on this due to the sensitivity of the roof. At the rear of the project there was a working school which had to be erected out of normal hours and bridged to maintain constant access.
