This is a new build project for Galliard Homes comprising the refurbishment of 3no town houses plus the construction of 7no new concrete framed / traditional brickwork  blocks of flats. One of the town houses is listed and this incorporates a Haki system temporary roof for weather protection.

Again another floor was to be erected to an existing wing of the hospital and the Group deployed exactly the same method of towers and beamed bridging to give the client what they wanted.

Erecting a standard scaffold with progress of works for a concrete frame and then adapting it to suit all of the following trades was the task that confronted the Group. In discussion with the client all needs were addressed and a correct specification for the project developed. This project comprised the re-furbishment of existing warehouses and the construction of a typical concrete framed building. The ground floor contains retail units and a day nursery whilst on the upper four floors sumptuous views across London are accessed from luxurious apartments.

This project entailed the complete construction of the state of the art combination of retail and residence. Shopping does not get much better than this modern mall and on the higher levels offices combine with luxurious apartments ranging from one bed to penthouse; a complete urban marriage.

This contract involved the construction of a new operating wing within a site area that was surrounded by existing buildings, all of which would be fully operational throughout the duration of the works. With security at a premium, all site personnel had to enter the site via a temporary access point. With such a high volume of passengers Admiral proposed the use of the Haki staircase tower. This would be erected in the main compound and would have a walkway platform spanning the adjacent roof. Once into the site area the scaffold erection involved the use of a Haki temporary roof to ensure that the site suffered no water ingress.
